Many Chicagoan’s live in small spaces with no, or limited, outdoor access. Yet, moving helps to ease tension, and boost some welcome endorphins! In the age of YouTube, we have many wonderful options for movement.

 Yoga is for Everyone

Yoga is well suited for a small space. All you need is a bit of floor. No yoga mat? No problem! Toss down a towel for knee padding or just use nothing! Yoga with Adrianne offers lots of different types of yoga, with different lengths of time. Below is a link to her 5 minute morning yoga.

Children can release stress through movement. Why not try some fun, and kid friendly yoga with them? Cosmic Kids Yoga is accessible for kids of all ages. It can make a little movement a family event!
